Jan Forster Estates is an established Estate Agent in the North East. With a growing client base and the launch of a prestigious new ‘Coastal Properties’ office in Tynemouth, the family run business felt they needed to update their brand whilst retaining its well-established values. JUMP presented a strong sophisticated take on their old brand with the introduction of a house motif. We wanted it to be a simple but recognisable emblem to stand out in a busy market.

JUMP implemented the new brand across a range of materials including shop fronts, signage and templates for property listings. Focusing on the company’s strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, JUMP also produced advertising materials for both the new Tynemouth premises and for services across the North East.

JUMP was commissioned to re-design and further develop Jan Forster Estates’ website and bespoke Content Management System. The primary requirement of the brief was to make the design engaging as well as focusing on the company’s strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. The response was to give the existing website a complete brand refresh, create bespoke designs for the animated home page which presents their key messages as well as integrating data from a national online estate agency system.
